Wanshu performs across the UK and internationally as a soloist and chamber musician. She studied at the Royal Northern College of Music before moving to the Royal Academy of Music, where she currently holds a fellowship. Performances include collaborations with esteemed conductors and musicians worldwide.
Recognised for her passion in chamber music , Wanshu has performed alongside renowned artists and ensembles. She’s part of awarding winning ensemble the Kyan Quartet and the Hireath trio. Wanshu has also been praised for her versatility in theater, jazz and multimedia projects.
Beyond her performances, Wanshu is dedicated to music community engagements, regularly volunteering in hospices, hospitals, and charity events.
Wanshu plays on the viola made by herself, in London 2024.
